Shipping and returns
Shipping:
Special Offer: Receive Free Shipping on orders of $100 or more, anywhere in Canada.
Timing:
Deliveries should take a day or two for us to get your order ready and send your order to Canada Post. We will inform you by email when it is shipped and include the tracking information that Canada Post provides.
Out of Stock:
If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will send an email to inform you that the item is out of stock and when the item will become available. If you do not wish to wait for the item to be back in stock we will offer a refund for the out of stock order.
Returns and Exchange Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer an exchange on unused, unworn and unwashed items in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, due to the small size of our business we do not offer refunds. To exchange an item, please ship back your unused item in the original packaging and email info@andesarts.ca with your order number and what item you are exchanging and what new item you would like. Your new item will ship out once your original purchase is sent back. An original receipt is required for exchanges in any of our in-store locations.
Sorry, we do not cover the cost of the exchange shipping.
